Course Objective

Basic labor laws, contents of the applications of commercial laws applications in trade market and public law, information about the results of legal engineering applications, post-graduation education processes and engineering ethics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have an idea about general labor laws.
2   To be able to recognize the duties and responsibilities of being a member of the chamber of geophysical engineers and engineering ethics.
3   To be able to identify the health of workers, environment, labor health and job safety concepts.
4   To be able to know geophysical engineering in all laws.
5   To be able to know the bureau registration, geophysical control codes.
6   To be able to realize various legal probems and to know previous examples.
7   To be able to prepare and present a ground investigation, geothermal and mining report according to the code of ministry of public works.

8 Mid-term examination
9 Information obtaining code, development and environment laws.
10 Groundwater and mining laws.
11 Geothermal and petroleum laws.
12 Examples for completed trials about geophysics.
13 Rules on geophysical report writing.
14 Preparation of a report/presentation.
