Course Objective

The objective of this course is to enable students to teach numeric solutions methods and algorithms in order to solve difficult engineering problems not possible analytically by using computer

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   LO1. To be able to calculate the error values in Numerical solutions
2   LO2. The ability to design the numerical solution algorithm of problems difficult to solve analytically.
3   LO3. The ability to acquire rapid solution of the problems with the computerized numerical methods.
4   LO4. To be able to apply curve fitting methods
5   LO5. To be able to apply numerical integration and derivative methods
6   LO6. the ability to make Intermediate value calculation using the methods of interpolation
7   LO7. To be able to calculate roots of equations
8   LO8. To be able to solve ordinary differantial equations
