The aim of this course is to give civil engineering students the basic concepts, analysis and design principles of prestressed reinforced concrete systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to define the general characteristics of prestressed reinforced concrete structures
2   To analyze and design prestressed systems
3   To be able to draw conclusions by making solutions of prestressed reinforced concrete systems.
4   Analyzing prestress loss
5   Ability to compile literature information about prestressed reinforced concrete structures
6   Reporting the results of assigned homework topics
