Course Objective

In the course, Turkish Labour Law, code 4857, Turkish Development Law, code 3194 and Type Development Regulation are examined.
The aim of the course is to present students a fundamental knowledge on Turkish Labour and Development Laws.

1   To define the labour law sources.
2   To interpret the labour and development laws.
3   To interpret the applications of development plan.
4   To define the application areas of development law.
5   To prepare the structure projects appropriate for development legislation.
6   To define ethics in civil engineering.
