Course Objective

This course aims to provide basic knowledge of the procedures required for developing a facility plan.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to determine machine and personnel requirements for production and design the appropriate production system
2   Ability to use in-facility layout techniques and create alternatives
3   Ability to determine and analyze the appropriate material transfer system, taking into account suitable alternatives for the facility
4   Ability to find solutions using facility location selection methods
5   Ability to prepare a report containing the necessary procedures for facility planning
