Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give the basic concepts and techniques of production management.

1   Ability to use simple demand forecasting methods 2   Ability to make simple capacity analysis and plans 3   Ability to make simple aggregated production plans 4   Ability to use simple inventory control methods subject to known demand 5   Ability to do homework/projects on the subjects related to the course content, according to the instructions given
