Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce advanced simulation modeling concepts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to analyze a complex system with its components, inputs and outputs
2   Ability to create complex simulation models including transporters with ARENA software
3   Ability to create complex simulation models including conveyors with ARENA software
4   Knowledge of simulation optimization
5   Ability to do homework/projects on the subjects related to the course content, according to the instructions given
