Course Objective

Giving basic information about the depending on the process of globalization, the change in public finance and public policy, public expenditures, public revenues, and in particular to explain the tax in the context of globalization and fiscal decentralization, global public goods, public finance where multinational corporations, globalization and regulation of public-private co-operation and relationship

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   State's duty to define the roles and responsibilities of the public sector in the globalization process.
2   To distinguish the difference between the traditional public goods and global public goods.
3   Types of financing for global public goods to explain.
4   To analyze the effects of globalization on public expenditure and public revenue.
5   Cause-and-effect relationships in the public sphere in the process of globalization to detect reflections.
6   Multi-national companies of the world economy by interpreting the basic issues of finance associate.
7   To Explain the importance of regulations in the process of globalization.
