Course Objective

Government Debt yesterday, today and tomorrow will be the most important topic in the science of finance. Budget balance and development of the country which is one of the most important tools of government debt are also tools of changes in fiscal policy tools. Finance and economics of budget, both theoretical and technical aspects of the students to have sufficient knowledge about the contents of providing a detailed analysis of the cause-effect relationship in our country within the framework of the process of budgeting.

1   To define the concept of government debt
2   To specify the reasons for classifying the types of government debt and government borrowing
3   To explain the factors that affect internal and external debt.
4   To explain the effects of debt policies
5   To analyze the results of the public debt management policy applications in the world and in Türkiye
6   To associate the theoretical and practical issues related to the state debt
7   To interpret the socio-economic effects of government borrowing policies.
