Course Objective

The Digitalization era and the Industry 4.0 process in the world ensure a number of new developments in the financial system. The aim of this course is to explain the transformation in the financial system in terms of public services, public expenditures and public revenues.

1   To specify the financial system conceptually
2   To list the historical development changes in the financial system
3   To explain the transformation in public goods and services in the age of digitalization
4   To express the transformation of public expenditures and public revenues in the age of digitalization
