Course Objective

Development of a new understanding of public finance, public finance, the traditional concept of evaluating the process of globalization to date with developments in the field of public finance and fiscal reform is to be characterized as information about various topics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   - To compare the traditional and the modern concept of public finances.
2   Traditional public finance developments in the understanding to interpret a new understanding of public finance.
3   Explaining the changes in the interpretation of tax systems in the process of globalization.
4   Explaining the changes in the interpretation of the globalization process, budget implementations.
5   Explain issues can be described as financial reform.
