Course Objective

The aims of this course are to get enough knowledge about theoretic and technical content of the budget which is main tool of the state and to be able to make analysis of Turkish budgeting process in the framework of cause and effect relation.

3   Explaining how existing arrangements about government budget are reflected on practice.
