Course Objective

To define Treasury understanding and its Development, information related to treasury
functions and sources, evaluations on Central Banking and Treasury-Central Bank
relations, risk management, information about debt Office. Beside these all teaching
basic information about markets that forms financial system and the instruments that
are used in these markets.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define the concept of treasury and explain its development
2   Be able to explain the importance of traditional and modern functions of treasury in terms of economic stability.
3   Be able to show risk types by examples.
4   Be able to compare the tools those are used in financial markets
5   Be able to explain the socio-economic effects of debt management
6   Be able to interpret the developments related to financial instruments.
