Course Objective

Giving information about the main stages of project management and the project management tools and techniques used for project planning, execution and control.

Assessment Criteria

Evaluation criteria of this course include a mid-term exam, a group project and a final exam. In the group project students will conduct a real life project where they will apply the knowledge and tools they learned in this course.
