Course Objective

Objectives of this course are to perform topics such as the description of nanotechnology, historical perspective, nanomaterials, solid-state science, conducting, semiconducting and dielectric properties of nanomaterials, methods of measured properties, and project works by making interdisiplanary groups.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   be able to learn the topics such as the description of nanotechnology, classification of nanomaterials and historical perspective,
2   be able to understand solid-state science, and conducting, semiconducting and dielectric properties of nanomaterials,
3   be able to have imformation about characterization methods using in determination of properties of nanomaterials produced by nanotechnological techniques,
4   be able to determine properties of nanomaterials, and perform applied project works by making interdisiplanary groups from different departments,
5   be able too solve, verify and present by reaching information concerning nanotechnological problems in the topics, and to prepare reports about them
