Course Objective

The purpose of the course is, generating the knowledge background for when organization establish a quality management system, to define the main stages, to constitute the infrastructions, to carry out objectives by using consistent methods and technichs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to define, establish, implement a QM System, to monitor, measure and improvement efficiency of this system.
2   Students will be able to design, develop, implement and improve systems under realistic conditions such as cost, environment, sustainability, manufacturability, ethics, health, safety and social problems.
3   Students will be able to be aware, make amends, solve problems and improve the weaknesses of quality systems.
4   Students will be able to be consciousness of using resources efficiently, competence of managing projects, when a quality management system is established, implemented and improved.
5   Students will be able to implement professional knowledge in various quality management standarts / models.
