Course Objective

The objective of this course is to evaluate the social policy conceptually and theoretically and to inform about basic subjects of social policy. With this course, it is intended that the students have some information about the importance and functions of social policy.

1   To define the concept, parties and functions of social policy.
2   To define the basic subject area of social policy.
3   To analyse the relationship between subfields of social policy
4   To describe the general development of social policy in the world and in Turkey
5   To follow the current social policy issues
