Course Objective

The aim of this course is to familiarize to in different engineering fields studying students, productional and administrative managements carried out in Industry, and to explain and discuss encountered problems in the production. To create groupe of students and to provide these students (wıth a given grouping projects) to have the ability making solution approaches to the encountered problems in productional and administrative management as of ; Production Management and Planning, Purchasing, Marketing, Customer complaints,Product Development, Organization, Quality, Human Resourches

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand the importance and meaning of production management through discussing stock and productivity concepts
2   To discuss the effect of functions of production planninig,executive and control on qualifed production and company performance
3   To understand through discussing how the engineers to approach to solve the problems encountered in production
4   To understand the importance of Supply and purchasing management and capacity planning for problemloss and productive execution of productions
5   To have the knowledge about lean production management and flexible automation
6   To percept the significance of effect communication between marketing, production planning and production units on company performance, and to make solution approaches to encountered problems,
7   To understand importancy of quality management and providing continuity of costumer satisfaction for the protection of confidence in the brand,
8   To learn the impact of Human resourches management and Carrier planning on strategic planning of company
