Course Objective

In order to preserve public order, it is essential to punish acts that disrupt public order. The course aims to evaluate the acts and sanctions that disrupt public order

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1- Being able to equipped with general information about sanction theory.
2   2- Being able to comprehend and interpret the difference of sanction-punishment- unlawfulness.
3   3- Being able to analyze the types of sanctions.
4   4- Being able to interpret the basic features of sanctions.
5   5- Being able to comprehend the judicial control process of sanctions.
