Course Objective

The philosophy of local government and the legislation on local governments, defining organizational structure of the local government units defined as special provincial administrations, municipalities and villages and service relationships with the local people and the basic institutional structurings of the negotiation democracy at local level are examined. Understanding how to provide service integrity at local level by examining.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define philosophy of local government and the legislation on local governments (special provincial administrations, municipalities and villages and service relationships with the local people )
2   Being able to indicate related regulations which are conduct public services at local governments
3   Being able to interpret the interrelation between citizens reqirements and local governments.
4   Being able to analyze sustainable urban development related to internal and external shareholders.
5   Being able to examine reason for being local government in the sustainablity of state.
6   Being able to analyze quality of life in local government and related administrative bodies.
