Course Objective

The general objective of this course is to make student have information about the civil procedure- enforcement and bankruptcy law.

1   Being able to explain judicial system.
2   Being able to examine civil procedure law.
3   Being able to understand procedures through bankruptcy .
4   Being able to analyze the legal procedures of debt enforcement.
5   Being able to determine the ways of enchashment from property obtain as a result of confiscation.
