Course Objective

The general objective of this course is to make student have information about the family law, law of persons, property law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to explain the preliminary provisions of Turkish Civil Code.
2   Being able to explain the capacity to acquire rights and beginning and end of personality.
3   Being able to classify legal persons by their legal capacity .
4   Being able to explain legal persons and beginning and end of their personality.
5   Being able to ascertain the conditions for a valid marriage, general legal effects of marriage, dissolution of a marriage and its legal consequences.
6   Being able to explain the types of real rights.
7   Being able to explain the possession and means of protection of possession.
