Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach best statistical tecniques and approaches for service and production process and to create awareness about basic quality consepts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to understand the consept of qulity.
2   To be able to understand the concept of the variation and its types
3   To be able to assess the quality level of a product by using acceptance sampling methods.
4   To be able to understand the tecniques that can bu used to improve service and production process and to understand the usage of statistical process control
5   To be able to interpret the quality of a process by using appropriate statistical tools.
