Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students who have completed bachelor education to reach a consensus on law disputes and transform the justice system into a process based on cooperation from a combative and punitive process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be informed about alternative solutions
2   To understand the purpose of the settlement of the mediation.
3   To determine where the mediators are located within the justice process
4   To implement negotiation processes of the mediation.
5   To recognize the collective reflections of the mediation system.
