Course Objective

The objective of this course is to bring a gender equality perspective to the role of working women in Türkiye and to evaluate the legislative regulation and practices which enables the gender equality in working life in Türkiye and in the World.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the concept of gender equality
2   Being able to have an information of historical development of equality policies
3   Being able to analyze the policies that enables the gender equality in national and international level
4   Being able to analyze the position of woman in working life in terms of gender equality
5   Being able to bring forward some proposals that enables gender equality for woman in working life
