Course Objective

This course aims to ensure that students know the multidiscipline and interdisciplinary character of social politics, associate the development of social politics to social change process, and realize the parties contribute to policy-making and the methods of policy-making.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To describe the capitalist economic system and the social problem
2   To recognise social politics is not limited with the protection of the most vulnerable people
3   To demonstrate the development of social politics in economic/technological, social, politic/ideological and legal contexts
4   To analyse social problems
5   To generalise inadequacy of individual solutions and necessity of social solutions for social problems
