Course Objective

To define the rights of trade unions and to teach establishments of trade unions and confederation, the principles of their organizations, activities and control.

1   Being able to know trade union which is one of the important actor of working life.
2   Being able to introduce the rights of trade union.
3   Being able to make solutions as to the rights of trade union problems.
4   Being able to understand establishment and activities of trade union organization.

2 Principles of workers' and employers' unions and determination of the sector of activity
3 Determination of the sector and the appeal of the determination of the sector

5 General provisions regarding organisation of trade union.
6 General assembly
7 The board of directors and the board of inspection and discipline
