Course Objective

The aim of the course is to inform students about the legal problems that may arise in the use of the internet and the sharing of information and documents in the electronic environment and regulations related to these problems.

2   Get information about personal data and its protection
3   Get information about what cyber crimes are and the relevant legislation
4   Get information about blocking of access to the internet and related legislation
5   Get information about the legal aspects of electronic commerce
6   Get information about unfair competition on the internet and protection of intellectual property rights
7   Legal evaluation of new technologies
