Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce students the main concepts and thought process in the strategic management

1   To be able to understand integrative nature of strategic management
2   To be able to establish relationships between all functions of a business in developing strategy
3   To be able to analysis the external and internal environment of a business
4   To be able to identify strategic objectives and goals
5   To be able to understand the stages of strategic evaluation, strategic implementation and control
6   To be able to develop solutions to the problems related to the process of strategic management
