Course Objective

This course aims to introduce the freedoms in the internal market. The course also focuses on the restrictions and exceptions to freedoms. The course will have special emphasis on the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

3. Will be able to use the primary and secondary sources to discuss disputes.
