Course Objective

This course aims to provide the students the general knowledge on the legal system of the European Union. The focus will be on the main principles, sources and the enforcement of the European Union Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will demonstrate understanding of main features of European Union law in order to identify the application and the effect of EU Law.
2   will be able to follow the current changes in the field in order to examine the selected topics.
3   will be able to use the terminology in order to discuss the relevant issues.
4   will be able to acquire the skills to work as a team.

3. Will understand the coverage, the development and also the enforcement of the European Union law.
4. Will be able to work with EU legal sources.
