Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide a general view of admiralty law.

1   Acquire a global knowledge of maritime law.
2   Describe the context and function of maritime regulations
3   Critizing the problems which arise during the application of legal norms of maritime transport
4   Interpreting orally or writtenly the solutions regarding the legal problems arise in maritime transport
5   Identify fundamental legal terms about maritime law correctly
