Course Objective

In this course after learning the terms consultation and counselling, the basic concepts of religious consultation will be analysed. Some examples of religious consultation in America and Britain will be examined after giving some related concepts such as religiosity and spirituality. Sufficient information about the aim, importance and reasons of religious consultation will be thought. And some problems that aroused in religious consultations will be studied.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to grasp some basic concepts of consultations and religious consultations
2   Will be able to grasp the importance of service of religious consultations
3   To upgrade our country s religious consultations scientifically and beneficially after seeing other country s religious consultations
4   To discuss essential problems of religious consultations
5   They will realize that religious consultations are human centred activity and thus they will be working for beneficiary of humanity.
