Course Objective

To provide teachers of the future to have information about the basic concepts of mental health and the carachteristical features of child and adolesence periods; to show how to establish the healthy communication between child-shcool and family and thus on solution ways the problems that they face in professional teaching life.



Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the and of the course students; Learn basic concepts and prenciples of mental health.
2   Explain the concepts of normal-abnormal in social life.
3   Compare unhealthy and healthy stages of the physical and mental development.
4   Teach according to the pirenciples of the mental health.
5   Analyze the factors and symptoms of mental, emotional and behavioral anomalies of the inner world of the child and in parent as well.
