Course Objective

To explain basic terms of inheritance law and inheritor's portions with details.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the sources of the Islamic inheritance law
2   To explain the concept of falcidian portion in Islamic inheritance law
3   To explain the types of determination of inheritor in Islamic inheritance law
4   To explain the method of transition (intiqal) inheritance in the Islamic inheritance law
5   To explain the concept of "forty caces" in the Islamic inheritance law
