Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide business communication skills to accomplish professional business goals. This course will focus on oral and collaborative communication skills with cross-cultural perspective for future professional positions in national and international companies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to enhance their communication experiences by skill building exercises to understand how to formulate effective verbal/nonverbal business messages.
2   Students will be able to demonstrate that they understand cross-cultural differences in communication behavior to be aware of the effects of cultural differences on communication and to interpret them.
3   Students will be able to show that they have an effective role in debate about international issues to recognize how to persuade their audience.
