Course Objective

To explain and teach the basic principles and rules related to Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage . To explain and teach the relationship of this dicipline with other diciplines, public law and private law diciplines

1   Define the basic concepts concerning the Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage
2   To explain the relationship between Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage and other branches of science except for law
3   To compare Cultural and Natural Heritage in the rules of public law and private law
4   To examine the contribution of international law and institutions on conservation of Cultural and Natural Heritage
5   To apply the rules for the protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage to judicial and administrative judiciary proceedings

1 The importance of Cultural and Natural Heritage. The constitutional duty of the State for Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage
2 The historical process of Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage ways by administrative and judicial judgments
3 The relationship between Cultural and Natural Heritage and other branch of science except for law. The investigation of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court and Supreme Court decisions which related Law on Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage
4 The branches of public law and private law connection Cultural and Natural Heritage where systematic of law science
5 The effect of the regulations which related with Cultural and Natural Heritage where UNESCO United Nations and the specialized agencies and the international conventions, declarations and other documents, to Turkish Law
6 The effect to the Turkish Lawof regulations on the protection of cultural and natural herigate established within the Council of Europe international conventions, declarations and other documents
7 Ministries and government agencies charged with protecting the cultural and natural heritage
8 Structure and functions of the High Council of Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection
9 Structure and functions of Regional Conservation Councils
10 Concepts and types of cultural and natural assets and protected
