Course Objective

The aim of this course is to understand the criminal law provisions which are regulated in order to prevent crimes commited against informatics sector and public order.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to become able to express concept of informatics
2   to become able to differantiate crimes against informatics from other similar crimes
3   to become able to decide whether existing provision/regulations are enough to combat crimes against informatics
4   to become able to express an opinion about specific legal problems such as place of the crime
5   to become able to identfy other crimes committed through using informatics
