Course Objective

This course is lectured in the fourth year of our faculty. At first it is dealed that concept of bank, its organizational structure, and system of banking. But it is dealed mainly that law of bank contracts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to determine the basic prensibles of Bank's Law
2   Be able to identify Bank and determine its concept
3   Be able to put forth the basic terms of the Bank's Law, this area of law to provide a better learning
4   Be able to consider and evoluate anda academic works, judicial decisions and legislation about Bank's Law
5   Be able to determine problems about Bank's Law which appear in real life.
6   Be able to solve these problems about discourse by using basic prencibles of Bank's Law
7   Be able to fabricate new opinions , justify these opinions and criticise other opinions.
8   Be able to learn how to learn in the field of banking law gain the ability to develop the skills and critical thinking.
