Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to determine international rules and the applicative law by solving the disputes arising international commercial relations. International removal of goods, types of delivery which uses in international commerce, types of discharge which uses in international sales and the remedies of international commercial disputes comes into the scope of this course. Multilateral and bilateral international agreements are also the other subjects of this course.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to determine the applicative law about international commercial agreements
2   to express information about European Union Agreement law principles, UNIROIT principles and 1980 Vienna Convention which regulates international commercial agreements
3   to gain information about international commercial disputes and the remedies of international commercial disputes
4   to express the types of discharge which uses in international sales and the documents which uses in international commercial law
5   to cite international commercial organizations and the contribution of this organizations on international law
