Course Objective

Studying the basic characteristics of recognizance contracts which are one of the most important personal guarantee contracts and their difference from similar contracts and their provisions and consequences in terms of the provisions of the Code of Obligations No. 6098.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to produce solutions for any disputes arising from a recognizance contract.
2   Ability to evaluate any scientific studies, court decrees and legislation about recognizance contracts.
3   Ability to distinguish a recognizance contract from other guarantee contracts.
4   Ability to generate justified, critical and discussable opinion in Recognizance Law.
5   Ability to improve learning, learning skills and critical thinking capability in Recognizance Law.

9 Defect in Consent by Contracts of Surety, Unlawful or Immoral Conracts of Surety, Destruction of the Basis by Contracts of Surety and Agency by Contracts of Surety
