Course Objective

The aim of this course to providence the students the basic concepts of atypical contracts and atypical contract types and to give informations about the provisions to be applied to these contracts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the concept of atypical contracts.
2   Be able to classification of atypical contracts
3   Be able to determine to provisions to be applied of atypical contracts.
4   Be able to reveal to the relationship between atypical contracts and the principle of freedom of contract.
5   Be able to determine rights and obligations of the parties of atypical contracts .

Week Subject Description
1 General information about the purpose and content of course; providence the method of processing about the course and plan; giving to materials about processing of course.
2 Combined contracts from atypical contract types and the law to be applied to these contracts
3 Other atypical contracts (Integrated contracts, Incomplete contracts, contracts with their own structure)
4 Settlement contracts
5 Exclusive distributorship contracts (elements and differences from similar contracts)
6 Legal nature, rules to be applied, rights and obligations of the parties of exclusive distributorship contracts
7 Expiration of exclusive distributorship contracts
8 Air passenger contracts (legal nature, right and obligations of the parties)
9 Breach of Air passenger contracts, expiration of Air passenger contracts
10 Franchise contracts
11 Construction contracts in return for flat (legat nature, types, forms)
12 Expiration of construction contracts in return for flat
13 Guaranty contracts (types, elements and differences from similar contracts)
14 Right and obligations of the parties of Guaranty contracts, expiration of Guaranty contracts
