Course Objective

Understand the concept of valuable paper; learn their basic qualifications; procure the dominance of theories of valuable paper; apprehend the characteristic features of registered valuable papers; order instrument and bearer securities; procure the dominance of rules of valuable paper and particularly advertise the rules about arrangement of payments by check and Protection of the Check Holder Law and advertise the rules about bad check.
At the present time insurance is an important part of foreign commerce. Otherwise amount insurance as life insurance and personal retirement insurance become widespread too. The subject of this course is insurance contract. In this course that will be explained the contracting parties of insurance contract, their obligations end results. Beside this, it will be explained special types as fire insurance, burglary insurance.

1   Procure the dominance for concepts and concerns of valuable paper and insurance law.
2   Be able to identify valuable paper and insurance and be able to designate their coverings.
3   Be able to teach the sources of the course.
4   Be able to consider and evaluate the academic works, judicial decisions and legislation about this course.
5   Be able to procure the tracking of current developments about this course.
6   Be able to solve the problems in real life about the course.
7   Be able to analyse abstract and tangible problems about course.
