Course Objective

This course aims concept of notary public from past to nowadays and in today's Türkiye concepts of notary public and notary to be researched broadly within the scope of provision of Act of Notary numbered 1512. This course also aims knowledge about notary to be enhanced.

3   Ability to put in order the Notary's spesific process

1 Introduction of Lecturer with students and general information about course
2 Notaryship in general and making explanation about Notary concept
3 Notary's privileges,obligations,incomes and expenses.Notebooks are used in Notary Office.Explanation about Notary Agents
4 Contract of employment of Notary's Agents, explanation about the difference between arranging process and approval process.
5 Testamentary dispositions,testament,renunciation of the inheritance contracts,contract for lifelong support, explanation about confirmation of books
6 Notary's responsibility, Türkiye Association of Notary's the Board of Visitors verdicts, general information about Notary Directive
7 Explanations about and examples of prenup, caution a spouse who abandoned home to return to home, certificate of inheritance
8 General information and examples about recogniton,Foundation voucher,letter of consent,letter of dismissal and explanation about child adoption contracts made in accordance with former Civil Code.
9 Letter of attorney in general,difference between special letter of attorney and general letter of attorney,expiration of letter of attorney, arranging debenture with its examples,Recognisance,share transfer (interpartner-with a person who is not a partner) in limited company
10 Substantial points in letter of attorney and proxy of divorce (abroad-limited authority), Termination ways of letter of attorney
11 General information about Code of Notary and Regulation of Notary, explanation about Code of Notary article 71 A-B-C
