Course Objective

In order to check the quality and convenience of the analysis in a laboratory, "quality control" section is nesessary. "Quality control" department is of great importance in many chemistry related works such as drug production, research laboratories, waste
water analysis, food analysis laboratories, biomedical laboratories. This lecture will
gain the student knowledge and capability to work in a quality control department of a laboratory or any laboratory which make analysis, will gain the student problem solving capability, will teach the methods in order ro increase the quality of the analysis or the product. Besides, the students will learn how to remove the chemical wastes, to protect the worker health, how to make the division of work and sharing of the responsibilities.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the lesson, the student is expected to gain a sufficient knowledge about quality control and work safety.
2   The students will learn the dynamics of quality control, probable quality precautions in order to increase the quality.
3   Will learn the methods for the continuous insurance of quality
4   Will learn how to how to make the division of work and sharing of the responsibilities
5   will learn how to remove the chemical wastes and to protect the health of the workers
