Level of Course Unit

First Cycle Programmes (Bachelor's Degree)

Course Coordinator

PROFESSOR DOCTOR HASAN KARABIYIK

Offered to

Physics

Course Objective

To enable students to take measurements, analyze and interpret these measurements as much as possible by using distance education methods regarding the subjects given in Physics IV (Modern Physics) course and experiments that will reinforce these subjects (in laboratory environment / distance education), and to learn modern physics subjects on a more solid basis.
In addition, it is aimed to process experimental data with computer, mobile devices, measurement/observation programs (Measure, Motic) and calculation-analysis program (Matlab), thus achieving the targeted physical results.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to design an experiment.
2   To have a culture of working together.
3   To be able to realize and understand the laws of modern physics experimentally.
4   To be able to interpret the results by taking measurements and calculate and analyze them on digital platforms.
5   To present experiment results as a report.
