Course Objective

This course is aimed at teacher candidates; affecting education in Türkiye geographical, social and economic factors provide the know. Accordingly, children in rural and dispersed settlements should know how to meet educational needs. Carrying education has the advantages and disadvantages of carrying education; boarding primary school districts, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of boarding primary schools. Teaching in unified classrooms, the reasons leading to unified classes, the basics of teaching in unified classes and teaching style, the planning of teaching in unified classrooms, classroom management and assessment activities and the tasks and responsibilities of the teacher in the unified classrooms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know the geographical, social and economic factors that affect education in Türkiye
2   Understand advantages and disadvantages of pedestrian education, transport education and the advantages and disadvantages of boarding elementary schools and regional boarding primary schools.
3   Know how to plan teaching in united classes.
4   Know the classroom management and evaluation activities in the combined classes.
5   Evaluates teaching practices in the combined classes.
