Course Objective

Having the historical and technical basics to illustrate children's books and illustrating a children's book. Knowing what illustration, its techniques and types and can illustrate.

1   Illustration, its types and techniques. The story. 2   Knowing depth in space, moving figure, figure ground relationship. 3   Can create character. 4   Can choose the scenes. 5   Can illustrate. 6   Knowign typography. 7   Can add type to the illustrations. 8   Can design a book cover.
