Course Objective

The main aim of this course is to examine the conceptual and theoretical framework related to measurement and evaluation, the qualities of measurement tools and methods used in education, Bloom's original and revised taxonomy and its effects on measurement and evaluation, conceptual and practical aspects of exam types, basic statistical procedures and their application that can be used to describe measurements, measurement tool development process, test and item analysis procedures and evaluation approaches and grading processes.
