Course Objective

This course is aimed at business management, techniques used in the selection of personnel; career planning, career development, performance evaluation and management; (time management, effective communication, conflict resolution, awareness training, leadership training, etc.) to support the personal development of businessmen and managers, knowledge, skills and attitudes.
